Is a boiler problem a job for a plumber?
Gas boilers must be worked on by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Many plumbers are, but not all. Choose Boilers & heating when you start a quote and we'll match you with a registered engineer.
What should I do while I wait for a plumber?
If water is leaking, turn it off at the stopcock (often under the kitchen sink), keep water away from electrics, and move valuables out of the way. If water has reached light fittings or sockets, don't touch them.
Can I send a photo of the problem?
Yes. A photo helps the plumber understand the job before they contact you.
